HTP Parts Return Policy

At HTP customer experience is one of our top priorities. We understand that sometimes the parts you purchase need to be returned to us. Please see our return policy below on the proper steps and requirements to do so.

All returned parts will need to be initiated by HTP Customer Service and if a part is sent back without going through a member of our team we cannot guarantee a credit.  You have 90 days from your order date to make a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and there is a 25% restocking fee on any non-defective, non-warranty parts.  Once the part is received and its condition is evaluated and confirmed the credit will be provided to the purchaser less the restocking fee.
